With over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Kinesiology and multiple advanced certifications serving clients at a location of their choice or a private personal training studio in Downtown Los Angeles. I specialize in helping clients aged 40+ achieve optimal health and wellness. My passion is combining science-based techniques with a client-centered approach to guide you toward daily progress, continuous self-improvement, and becoming a transformed and stronger "you."

My specialties are Corrective Exercise, Functional Training, Mobility, Flexibility, Water Aerobics, Weight Loss, Boxing, Circuit Training, and Muscle Toning using Free Weights, Sandbags, TRX straps, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Weight Vest, Slam Balls, Olympic Bar, Rubber Plates, and Bands.

Pain Relief/Trigger Point Release/Neuromuscular Therapy

Designed to speed up recovery from injury, correct muscular imbalances and relieve pain. My goal is to alleviate your muscle and joint pain though applied pressure and flexibility techniques to areas of muscle tightness or 'knots'. I will use manual therapy using tools to help to relieve muscle tension, reestablish blood low, and promote healing.

Our first meting with be for 45 minutes to go over your goals, history, and any injuries. Once I create your monthly, weekly, and daily workout plan, we will meet for 20 minutes 1x a week to briefly go over what worked, didn't work, and what will need to be modified. I will be the accountability you need to make sure you're doing the workouts that are planned within the app as it informs me if they have been completed.
